It was another of those times when it is best not to watch as Uwe and Matthew got the roof on the Glamp bathroom this morning. I got one photo and left quickly!

Yesterday was an extreme excitement day as the Glamp really took shape! It was amazing to have so much help - family, friends, guests, and workaways - it is wonderful how much ownership everyone is taking Pretty proud bunch! So many people behind them who have helped over the past few months! Thanks to everyone.
The mystery floor that has been protected by tarps, is now on view! It is looking like this may be preparatory to a tent going up soooon!!! ![]() Lots of hands on deck this weekend to help! Alan, Al, Kevin, and Uwe (our German workaway, here with his wife Katharina)

Rate is $1,300 + GST/week. 250-487-8070 or cabana@mjcoady.com Matthew has been working steadily on the Glamp since we returned from our winter away. Help from our workaways has been invaluable. First Roman (born in UK, but grew up in Barcelona), then Ben (from Shropshire, UK) and Aileen (Edinburgh, Scotland) all worked on the floor, and helped install it. It is still hidden under tarps until all the concrete for the bathroom is poured. The poles for the sides and fly sheet, and the centre ridge pole are now in place. Have to say I was a tad nervous watching Matt putting those poles up. Truth be told, I couldn't watch!!
Some of you my be aware of new accommodation opening this summer! The Glamp is currently being built, and will be available for stays from the beginning of August. The Glamp is a 14' x 14' tent with 9' ceilings! It will have its own bathroom, and access to the pool. Here are a few photos to bring you almost up-to-date! Layout for the Glamp floor! Many hands make light work! The floor components, all stained and finished are brought down from the workspace at Fuego.
